GRP26xx Carrier Grade Phones - Swappable Faceplate Removal?

I’m trying to determine how the faceplate is “swappable”! For the life of me I can not see how this comes off without taking the whole phone body apart removing all of the screws out of the back of the phone. Can someone please point me to the directions? Video or white paper that explains how this is done. It is of little help if we can not demonstrate how this can be a benefit to out customers.
