GRP2615 No remote access to web UI via GDMS

Hi I have a grp2615 with firmware 1.0.9.74 and it is the only phone that does not have the option Remote access to web UI via GDMS

what I am missing here

Just incase anyone else wonders why GRP 261x cannot get remote web access its only supported on GRP260x models
