And here we go again asking for better Ring Tones, please can we get some that come with the product without the mess of uploading new files via .bin files and GDMS.
Issue is still happening after supposed firmware fix, my customer this morning reported the phone stopped ringing and they had to reboot.
Which firmware are you on? 126.96.36.199 or 188.8.131.52?
I ask because I too had phones on 184.108.40.206 that stopped ringing again and when I check the support page again I notice 220.127.116.11 was listed and one of the fixes is the same wording about fixing the ringing.

I am wondering if the fix was never in 18.104.22.168. If you are on 22.214.171.124 then that theory is false.
So, how are you all rectifying this when a phones stops ringing? Just reboot? Factory reset? Will anything get it ringing again?
I had 126.96.36.199, which support had told me to test, but I have now just uploaded 188.8.131.52 and we will see I guess.
This is crazy.
A simple reboot works for me everytime.
I also remote reboot from the ucm some of the phones after hours. I am not sure if that stops the issue or not but it can’t hurt. I am an end user though so only have the one office to deal with and not the angry customers side of it.

I have the same issue’s.
Performace lost after 4-5 days, lost Ringtone (reboot the fix), and sometimes when i have incoming call and cannot aswer the device still ringing (with reboot fix). If the devices make every day reboot, works fine.
For work around solution, is possible the devs to imput to GDMS a autoreboot schedule menu?

You have any custom ring tones installed? What PBX type are you connecting these handsets to?
Just use the device’s ringtones. (I have not uploaded anything custom ringtones).
