Grandstream WP810 not connection to VOIP Provider


Hello to all,

I am trying to connect a Grandstream WP810 to my VOIP provider (Placetel/Cisco).

My provider gives me the following data:
SIP username: abc
SIP password: 123
SIP server:

On the phone I have entered the following:
Account Name:
SIP Server:
SIP User ID: abc
SIP Auth ID: abc
SIP Auth Password: 123

The phone does nothing after that. Connection to wifi is established, but I can’t call any number.
When I open the phone in the browser via the IP, it says the following:
SIP Registration
Account 1 NO
Account 2 NO

Can anyone help me here ?
