Hi all,
I have connected my wave in my iphone. I can call to extension by local network wifi.
But if I use my mobile 5G network, I totally cannot connect to the extensions. Not sure if there is any firewall blocking? I am using a Draytek router.

You have opened the post under the UCM 62xx and 65xx series IP PBX’s. The Grandstream Wave application is dedicated to and only for the UCM63xx (unless they have changed that rule very recently). Try using another variant of SIP Softphone for your mobile like that of Zoiper
