My Grandstream Unit does not pass the boot screen, no matter what we do. We tried everything and I am wondering if there is a replaceable hard drive or RAM module? This seems like the component on which the software runs is defective.
try asking the distributor
If you haven’t sorted also check any external media you have connected as we have seen this is you have a USB/SD card that has been Quick NTFS formatted.
I ended up buying a new unit.
Just curious. If you still have the old unit, was it hardware version 1.4?
Yes I still have the old unit. I will check the hardware version whenever I go back to the office.
