Grandstream GXP2170 Voicemail Issue


When calling into the office after office hours, all of the voice mails go to one person’s phone. I’m having trouble figuring out how to change which phone the voicemail will go to?

To clarify, there is no issue with each employee receiving voicemails during office hours, as if a client reaches their extension via our office manager, they can directly leave voicemails to the phone. The issue is when nobody is in the office, the voicemails are going to the wrong phone.


Do you have the cell / mobile number entered into the UCM against the extension numbers, if not enter that against each extension then the calls should go to each extension - providing you have SIP / ISDN lines
