Hello everyone, this is my first time here and I need help for the Grandstream GXP 2170, how do I put a wav file on this phone to use MOH and mailbox greeting.

you have to do it on the voip server, not on the phone

thank you for your reply; i have asked, unfortunately the voip provider does not offer these options. is there any other way to do this?

for the voice mail greeting, do you have access your mailbox options and settings via feature code maybe?
For the MOH there option to set a MOH URI but you need a server that support this (SIP) so once you put the other side on hold the other side will contact this server and the server will play the MOH to him.
