GrandStream GXP 1760W LED SCREEN WENT DARK, ONLY GREEN LIGHT

Hello, I have two units of the GXP 1760W that have gone blank on the screen when powered up.

  • No Dial Tone
  • No Ethernet Activity
  • None of the phone keys are responsive
  • Blank Screen
  • Phone un-usable
  • No boot process

What displays is a green light with an email/envelope sign.
Any body knows what could be the issue

I have had the same issue with 3 units. I returned with supplier for RMA.

I have 17+ with this issue over the last year and a half. Anyone get anywhere with Grandstream on this? I feel I’ve been stonewalled on this. I’ve had them fail out of the box and after several months just moving a phone from 1 desk to another, basically a reboot. Just had 4 die on a switch reboot.
