Global template not functional? - Solved

Hello. I have a 6302 and some high end IP phones from grand stream (gxp2135,2160,2170). I have been using the zero config model templates successfully and the global policy successfully, however the global templates are not applying as expected. Is this a known issue that the global templates do not work with the gxp2135, 2160, and 2170 phones?

Thanks. I figured it out. I didn’t understand until now that I have to apply the template to the device…unlike the global policy where it gets applied to all devices. I’m dumb. Thanks for playing.
