Has been working for about 3 years indoor. GDS3710 device is start to freeze. When turned on after power reset, it does not start. The blue call button is lit continuously. GDS3710 connected by POE. I’m trying to turn it off and on. When power is applied, the call button lights up with a blue LED and never turns off. Does not respond on a network and ICMP ping. Sometimes it can turn on normally - when power turned on, the call button lights up and after a couple of seconds it goes out and device successfully turns on. At the same time, it becomes accessible over the network and works the magnet door lock and the door exit button and also video surveillance. Then after hours of working it freezes and does not turn on again. Device is bricked? What can I do for normal operation?
If the device is still under warranty, please contact help desk (helpdesk.grandstream.com) for RMA. If the device is out of warranty, please contact help desk to get ticket number, then pay the shipping to Grandstream and the device will be recovered and sending back to you, but you need to pay the shipping cost.
