FTP: upload on ddns ftp servers

Hello,

I have a gds3710. I need to upload screenshot on a ftp server reacheable through a dinamic ip (i.e.: ftp.myserver.com)

I have a ddns but gds3710 accept only IPs, it doesn’t work with fqdn / dns names.

Is there a trick

It will be strange solution, upload to IP ftp, then mirror (auto copy) to desired FQDN ?

Which firmware version you are referring to? Latest firmware 1.0.11.23 already support FQDN domain in the FTP server configuration:

Please upgrade to latest firmware and try again. Make sure the GDS3710 has a very good internet connection to upload snapshots to the FTP server, and the FTP server running on a good/fast computer.
