“Added ability for voicemail VPK to dial into target’s mailbox[MONITORED VOICEMAIL ACCESS
NUMBER]”

will it be implemented on GRP260X as well?

“Added ability for voicemail VPK to dial into target’s mailbox[MONITORED VOICEMAIL ACCESS
NUMBER]”

This is great! I tested it with an Extension 111, Named: General Mailbox (no phone registered).
Pcode: P60076 = *98
Created Voicemail Key on desired phone with Value 111.
Monitor and Access now work on the one key.
Only complaint I have is it shows the value 111 for the key label instead of description.

I could not get this working for Ring Group Voicemail, would be good to add, as you cannot program the greetings directly from the Admin WebGui in the UCM for Extensions.

This might already work, set a BLF to *98[voimailbox number] works on GXP2135 and GXP2170 (likely all of the GXP 21xx phones). Its just the Grandstream UCM doesnt support that, Asterisk does and all other systems they used Asterisk, howeve if you use a GXP21xx with a UCM *98xxx doesnt work !!!

Dear user,

Thank you for all your feedback! You can share the configuration screenshots to us so that we can try to reproduce this issue from our own lab. Thanks for your testing!

Thank you!

Unfortunately it seems the BLF functionality is still broken in this release as well as 1.0.9.22.
We’ve had to downgrade all customers to 1.0.7.33 to have reliable BLF indicatations.

Dear user,

Thank you for using the GRP26xx device! May I ask what kind of issue you encountered? Could you kindly send some screenshots to us? Could you kindly let us know how you configured the BLF in your device? Thanks for your testing!

Thank you!

We experience this issue on GRP2612,GRP2613 and GRP2615.

The problem is that BLF keys do not reflect call status or have severe lag.

We have seen this at different sites and models of GRP series phones so it’s not an environmental issue and downgrading the phone to 1.0.7.33 in all cases fixes the problem.

We have also tried to factory reset phones with 1.0.9.xx series firmware and the problem persists until downgrading the firmware.

The phones are even connected to 2 different backend systems one being PortaOne 90-6 and the other being Enswitch 3.15.

Hope this helps

Dear user,

Thank you for your feedback! I will report this issue to our development team and try to reproduce this issue in our own lab. May I ask if we can have some test accounts? If we cannot get some test accounts, could you kindly help capture the trace file and syslog in your GRP261x and send them to us for troubleshooting? Thanks for your testing!

Thank you!

Just to let you know that we also encounter the BLF problem.
