Ist this the same code as the beta? The version is the same?

#4

Yes. Beta is always same as official if number is same.

#5

Hello,
after updating to 1.0.5.6 the unlock holding time from alarmout 1 is 3 sec but in 1.0.5.2 the holding time was right on 1 sec.
I have make factory reset and take backup again.
Any issues known?

#6

@wolperdinger: That is just default value change, based on feedback from field. You don’t need to do factory reset unless you upgrade from old firmware 1.0.2.xx or 3.xx to 5.xx. Just manually adjust or change the “unlocking holding time” to whatever match your installation is fine. Because this timer or parameter varies in every installation normally.

Thank you for using GDS3710!

#7

I take alarmout1 as doorbell. It’s a 2 tone gong.
The smallest Time to trigger the alarmout1 is 5sec. Thats too long. It takes with ne firmware 5sec from tone 1 to tone 2.

#8

Are you connecting the ALMOUT1 to analogue door bell? If this is the case, do you select in “Basic Settings ==> Doorbell Mode” the option “Doorbell Output Control (Digital Output 1)” or “BOTH” ?

The ALAMOUT1 should act immediately when doorbell button pressed.

Is this your configuration or installation?

#9

The “Alarm Output Duration” in “Alarm Settings ==> Alarm Events Config” is the interface timer to send out the voltage, selectable from 5 ~ 30 seconds. The response should be immediately once the doorbell button pressed.

#10

Yes its a analogue gong. It makes ding dong. when you pressed the button it goes imemediately ding and 5 seconds later dong.
In old firmware you can take smallest time for ALMOUT1 1sec.
In newer firmware the smallest time is 5 sec.

@wolperdinger : OK, will report to engineering team to fix it in next firmware. Thanks for the report.
Please keep tuned. Thank you for using GDS3710.

Still there in Version 1.0.7.4 :frowning:
Please implement an Input-Filed like for the Door-Relay with values down to 1 Sec.
