Hello, I have a GXV3672HD running firmware 1.0.1.93 and I’m having issues with the AUTO shutter speed control. The picture gets completely washed out (white) in broad daylight. However, if I manually set the shutter speed to a faster one, the picture normalizes.

I’m attempting to upgrade to BETA firmware 1.0.3.23 using the GS Upgrade Tool (v. 1.0.0.16). After extracting the Beta firmware zip file contents (gsipca1fw.bin, gsipca1version, version.support) to the firmware directory. I attempted upgrading the camera. The logs showed that the camera is accessing the HTTP server in the GS Upgrade tool, but it is looking for the files: 3672hdversion, 3672hdCORE.bin, 3672hdBASE.bin, 3672hdAPP1.bin and 3672hdAPP2.bin).

Where do I get these files? What am I doing wrong ?

Thanks in advance for your help.
