Yes logging in as an administrator, the username is no longer admin thou.
They were their before the upgrade and return if i roll back to the previous firmware.

If you could at least enter the numerals 6-9 (it wouldnāt need to be in the drop down) and have the numeral entered (as long as it was 1-10) that would be great. I know using drop downs are a simple way to check for entry parameters, but in this case it is REALLY limiting for the customers that we use the UCM for. Thank you for all your help!

Im wondering if this is related to us having used the online migration tool from from a UCM6510 to the 6308, I recall a issue we had a year ago, that it was somthing to do with a change in database types and if you had used the migration tool you have a old database, however this got fixed in next release firmware back then. Is this the same issue reappearing again ?
I have grabbed spare UCM6308, factory reset it, upgraded it to 1.0.23.12 and the GUI appears fine, then restored a backup from the working UCM6308 (also running 1.0.23.12 with the GUI issues) and after restoring it on the spare UCM6308 the GUI is now missing Extensions menu item and CDR and other strange things.

While I support this ability for greater flexibility and customization and also think itās strange that we allow 10 but not 6-9, could you provide some example scenarios where these exact number of registrations is necessary?
Certainly, we just installed multiple doctor clinics and use 6 concurrent for all incoming answering positions at each clinic. We also just installed numerous schools using 5-8 concurrent for Main answering positions as well as department positions. We also setup hotels with 6-7 concurrent for Main incoming answering positions. We use concurrent to allow easy monitoring and setup of voicemail indicators on each phone. As a rule we keep the number of concurrent extensions to the exact number of phones we have setup as a security aid and āhackingā prevention. We many, many times have more than 5 concurrent, but seldom have 9 or 10. This is definitely a limitation of our setups of systems, and while not a huge security concern, we have had systems hacked in the past which led us to instigate numerous safeguards, which exact number of concurrent connections is one. My question is, why deny the ability to have 6,7,8 or 9 connections able to be programmed?

As we talked through the private message, based on our investigation, there is a known bug related to the issue you mentioned in that ticket and we will release another UCM63xx firmware version to fix that bug within 1 - 2 weeks. If you want to get fixed asap, you can provide SSH access to us so that we can remotely access your UCM6308 to fix this issue. Please enable the SSH access on the Web UI and provide the public address and admin username+password to us, and we can fix this issue in your UCM6308 remotely (you can share the required info with us through that private message). In the call queue tab there is a satisfaction survey where the audio is customizable (we can add customizable audio to our liking)
However, at the end of the survey there is an audio confirming the vote in English and we cannot change this, making it unfeasible to use the satisfaction survey if your default language is not English.
This option could also be customizable or if this is where we change this audio
