having created the possibility to forward only internal or external calls,
In my opinion, codes should be created to be able to manage them,
example:
*72 to forward everything
*721 to forward internal calls only
*722 to forward external diversions
in this way the end customer would be facilitated in using this new function, otherwise it is useless.

Hi, since upgrading: the “Extensions” under the Extension Groups menu has disapeared and if you type it in the browser you get logged out.
Also “CDR” under the CDR menu has also dispeared.
Would it be possible to have the Captcha at the UCM login as optional (so we can turn it off)

Thank you for using the UCM63xx models! May I ask if you are using the admin role to log in the Web UI of the UCM63xx device? If you are using a sub user account, you may need to ask the admin account to assign the correpsonding permissions to your login account. Please note that we do not have an option to turn off the captcha verification mechanism at UCM login stage. Thanks for your testing!

And also put external call diversion first, I have already received several calls from customers who did not understand that diversion did not work

There’s a lot of stuff that should be default in the Zero config Model Template of GS phones. there I finally found why whitelist for calls in case of DND FWD was not working
default is YES in Model template!

The Remote Ringtone Feature seems really interesting, however I cannot get it to work with the latest ucm and grp firmware. Working with grandstream support and they are unfamilar with the feature.
I followed the UCM release notes.
Has anybody tested adding the code for the new live chat feature to a website? I got the little support icon to show on the bottom but the content is getting blocked in an iframe. In Firefox it says, To protect your security, *.gdms.cloud will not allow firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it. I have a support ticket opened but just curious if anyone else has attempted this successfully.
I had posted this on the wrong thread earlier.
Under CONCURRENT calls there is a DROP DOWN that goes from 1-5 and 10, however, there seems to be no way to enter anything from 6-9 as an option. I don’t really want 10 concurrent registrations on most extensions, but DO need 5+… Is this set this way intentionally?
With new BETA firmware and Event set for External Disk Alerts system generates an alert of DISK UNAVAILABLE then a corresponding DISK AVAILABLE a few seconds later. This occurs on three (3) different systems approximately every six hours. There is not corresponding errors or issues on the NAS server. The systems did not experience this issue on the previous GA firmware and, one the one system I rolled back, the symptoms ceased. I had to stop notifications by email until I can get this issue cleared
