Unable to add “CDR Statistics” in “Edit Custom Privilege”
Also inserting it and saving. Return to the left screen, then impossible to enable

I can’t seem to reproduce your issue. I am able to add CDR Statistics to my selected privileges list and save. After going back, the item is still in the list:

Could you PM me a syslog containing all levels of CGI and Apply Change log that captures the issue?

hi @GS.Jimmy
I actually updated 3 ucm62xx, only on one of these presents that problem, as soon as I can send you pm

Update: The problem I sent you PM has just happened to another 2 UCM6202 (same identical problem).
I take this opportunity to ask you something, I reported that Wave for Android on Motorola mobile phones doesn’t work (he crashes), are there any news about it?

I sent you to pm how much you asked me

Good day, please I work in a small telecom company where we provide sip connection to people however some customer has contacted me to help them set it up but I can only set it up on PBX phone or on the GS wave app. But my customer needs a situation where they will be able to access their voice recording anywhere and call details from different extension, however, I believed Grandstream UCM6202 IP PBX will be able to deliver the job or any other device/APP but I do not know how to set it up.
Please if any can assist me on what and what i need for step by step on how to set it up I will be well appreciated. my whatsapp number is +2348094791965
Thank you.

here is not the grandstream assistance (which you find in the link below) and much to a place to make courses, you should look for a professional in the area

hi @GS.Jimmy,

In the link below, all UCM6200 manuals are disappeared, there is only one version that used Napoleon :stuck_out_tongue:
