Can we upgrade directly to 23 or must be level by level ?

always level after level if you don’t want problems

There appears to be a problem with 1.0.20.23 in that Voip trunk Caller ID name can no longer be changed. It is fixed at the admin login name for the UCM6202.

It will let you change it but then when you return after save changes its back as it was.
