“[Voicemail Group] Added voicemail group MWI notifications and voicemail group mailbox feature
code. [DIRECT MWI NOTIFICATIONS FOR VOICEMAIL GROUP M]”

exactly how does this new function work?

hi,
I wanted to report this bug on Zero Config:
scenario -> on the phone GXP2135 I want to enter account1=203 and account2=206, and create the line keys 203 and 206 all done from scratch config

  • photo-1 highlights what I did from Zero config and sent it to the GXP2135 phone
  • photo-2 shows that the GXP2135 took charge of both account 203 and account 206 but the error is on the line keys that created them both for account 203
  • photo-3 highlights how handmade from the web the button was created as an account2
  • photo-4 shows how everything is correct if done manually

So it seems obvious to me that there is a bug on Zero Config in case of association to multiple accounts.
Try it and you will see that unfortunately the error exists, and it is very serious in my opinion.
n.b.: this problem exists from all previous versions of fw UCM, I have reported it several times in GS tickets.

You shouldn’t be setting any values for VPKs if you are pushing them as Line keys. One or the Other.

Account 1 and account 2 should be set as you did, but VMPK 1 and 2 should be grayed out.

I have just been informed that it is a lack of the UCM and will resolve it shortly (I write “shortly” because I am optimistic)
also because it is a serious lack.

I did the upgrade on a UCM6202 and now it does not accept my password nor the original one from the sticker. I did another reset, but it did not help.

#8

Check things like the keyboard and caps lock.

the ucm has a password reset option through the LCD screen.

#9

format made by LCD UCM ok, but reset pswd made by LCD UCM do not see it?

#10

We have two systems (UCM 6208) on 1.0.19.21 that experience occasional hard lock freezes. You can still access the Web UI, but the CPU and memory usage will be maxed at 100% and the system is completely unresponsive. Restarting the system seems to correct this issue. No events or syslog information is generated when the issue occurs as far as I can tell.

Anyone else having freezing issues?

#11

Call overload ?
Maybe you have queue and IVR, and maximum caller is above 100 ?

#12

No,

I think the system is about to experience the issue again. There are currently 2 active calls (although the dashboard says 5 but clicking on active calls only shows 2) and the CPU usage is between 57-60%.

#13

Syslog is constantly outputting these messages.

#14

Maybe you are under attack for accessing UCM ? You open port to external ?
If yes catch packets and see if you not spammed by login request

#15

SIP is restricted to the SIP provider only.

#16

This issue is currently being investigated. If possible, could you please PM me a backup of your UCM config? You can also file a ticket to GS support with the backup file.

#17

Sent you a PM with two system configs

#18

I did the upgrade on UCM6202 to 1.0.19.21 and now it does not accept my password or even the default passord.

#19

Try from a different browser, or press ctrl F5, ctrl r on the login screen.

#20

We had one case of an UCM freezing with high CPU and Memory. Grandstream Tech said it is a bug affecting 40% of UCMs using 19.21!!
