I just attempted to update my GXP2160 to .11.71. I went through the normal steps, but the phone did not upgrade. It stayed at .11.64. Any suggestions?
Perhaps this will help. For whatever reason, saved changes to the Upgrade and Provisioning pages do not hold well. For example, the software sometimes defaults to the very old server name on your site. I have to change it to firmware.grandstream.com almost every time I update. Currently the page is inserting the phone’s username and password into the configuring server’s username and password section under Config. When I erase them and then hit Save and Apply, the username and password reappear after the phone reboots and I login to the phone’s webpage again.
Gxp2135 v1.0.11.71
Ucm6301 v1.0.9.10
After factory reset of gxp2135 the phone gets its config ok from UCM however it refuses to register.
No registration is attempted.
Only registers after making a config change via web or phone menu.
Also happens on v1.0.11.64
V1.0.11.57 seems ok
