we had a problem: out cloud pbx has a + at the provisioninung url:

You can replace + with %2B and see if it works.

at HT802: YES
at GXW4216: NO :man_shrugging:
at the syslog: cant download from…

this was my first test :frowning:

And what makes you think that + is the problem? Please paste more detailed info from syslog with exact error message.
