When you can finally use LDAP on the Grandstream IP phones on Remote Connect?
Unable to sell remote phones If the customer cannot use the company address book.

One thing I find very strange, the UCM63XX “Config” backup file is average 15 MB, but UCM only accepts max 10 MB backup files.
Shouldn’t this be placed this thing?

Please fix the “Confirm when Answering” setting under Extension / Follow Me. Thank you. When checked, the callee can not answer the call.

The issue is under investigation. As a workaround for now, please try going to the PBX Settings->SIP Settings->ToS-> and changing RTP Keep-Alive to a low value such as 1.

This concern has been brought up internally.

@GS.Jimmy
As a workaround for now, please try going to the PBX Settings->SIP Settings->ToS-> and changing RTP Keep-Alive to a low value such as 1.

Out of habit, I have it set to 30, to fix an old issue with VM dropouts. However, I don’t know if that is still needed. Do you think going down to 1 would matter if I’m already using 30?

#8

Yes, as it open rtp after 1 second not 30 seconds.

#9

This update resets the “Ring Timeout” time on all extensions, is a bug or something wanted?
In any case, it represents an anomaly, during the installation phase for example with 250 Extension, different Ring Timeout times could have been set for each extension, and this “reset” could represent a serious mistake after the FW update.

Just to confirm, what value did the Ring Timeout reset to? What firmware version did you upgrade from?
