Hello! I just wanted to provide feedback that this firmware does appear to resolve the STUN compatibility issues I posted about in separate threads. I was able to complete initial beta testing on about 5 devices but due to my VoIP Environment configuration, the system would rollback to non-beta firmware after a short period of time and limit my test period.
Do we currently have an ETA for the general release of the firmware? That would allow extended testing of the resolution. Thank you in advance for any additional information!
You just wipe out the configuration server path (and save somewhere in case need in the future), it will not revert back to old firmware. What VoIP Service Provider you are using? You may need to advise them to update the configuration and related GDS3705 firmware from their side.
when I play a message in multicast it does not respect the priorities or if during the message (music) with priority 10 I send an announcement message with priority 1 the message 10 stops and does not restart at the end of message 1. it worked in the previous firmware. furthermore, the mask for choosing the codec in multicast no longer exists. playing background music via a player still does not exist
we need a server software or hardware to play the background music, when will you decide to market it?

è solo un esempio per far capire a grandstream di cosa sto parlando, che senso ha avere un altoparlante e dover impazzire per mandare uno stream audio di sottofondo, con vlc non funziona, non si sono mai degnati di fare un software o un server di streaming ed il forum e pieno di gente come me che non sa più cosa inventarsi da ffmpeg a live555 e si sente da schifo
dovresti comunicarlo a Grandstream via ticket, qui è solo un forum utente-utente, Grandstream non sempre “legge”
