We have a client that is interested in reviewing call queue stats every Monday morning. It currently is sent in a tar.gz format, which is a very inconvenient format, especially for regular users. In our case, the call queue statistics CSV is absolutely TINY in comparison to the CDR, for example, which is inexplicably NOT compressed when emailed automatically. That large file comes in a plain uncompressed CSV, while the very small call queue report comes TAR’d and then GZipped. I don’t even want to know why, I just want the call queue report to be more easily accessible.
I know the information is incredibly accessible (and even downright pretty) in the UCM web UI but this particular user is the type that wants it how they want it.
