If i look in the menu, i don’t have the config -> factory reset option in there,
phone release ip dhcp, but when i exceute ping dont response, other phone response, but this phone not

Hello, in the manual there is nothing related to a forced factory reset, some combination of keys?
neither by GUI nor by phone menu does the config factory reset option appear
if you can access the webGUI try to upgrade upgrade your phone to the latest firmware and be aware of the instructions before upgrading.
else try accessing the phone using ssh if possible and do a factory reset
