Event List issues and call audio lost across synced peered trunk

THE SETUP
I have two Sysyems
LYM and TKG

Two separate systems connected via Public IP with a peered trunk and LDAP sync.

LYM uses 2xxx for extension
has IP scheme of 192.168.111.x

TKG uses 1xxx for extension
has IP scheme of 192.168.1.x

Sync works great, can call extensions at either location and create ring groups with both extensions for ringing and answering

both sites use port forwarding to the UCM on the main SIP port and the RTP ports.
Each site has the peered trunk and SIP trunks coming in.

THE PROBLEM
When an incoming call comes into the LYM side and is answered on the TKG side, no issue.
When an incoming call comes into the TKG side and is answered on the LYM side, no audio either direction.

ALSO
I want extension 2009 to monitor all extensions on both sides and will not by default work across to the other system.
I want extension 1009 to monitor all extensions on both sides and will not by default work across to the other system.
both are using 2170s and extension bays
both are on 1.0.9.127

I created an event list on each side and still no luck on BLFs on either side via eventlist or regular BLF

I attached Screenshots of eventlist on LYM UCM which shows connected and how it’s monitoring

Screenshot of phone to show how it is set up.

I don’t know why this isn’t working, Any insights would be appreciated.
