I have a DP750 with a single DP720 station attached that I cannot get to register with our PBX. From default, I paired the phone to the base, configured a profile, configured an account, and set the account to active.
All that I can see after that, is that I see “DISABLED” listed under “SIP Registration” on the Account Status page. I can’t find anywhere where the account is not set to “active” or where it may be set to “disabled”.
Any help would be appreciated.
