Does 6510 support Multiple Inbound Mode?


I am trying to setup so a user can change the voice prompt on the IVR via a phone set or softphone…from what I have read in the forums I need to enable Inbound Multiple Mode (or Multiple Inbound Mode…either one) then I can use a feature code to toggle between one of 2 different prompts. Going to use this to announce the business is closed because of inclement weather. Problem is, I can’t find anywhere in the UCM 6510 to enable this mode? Is it just not available in this model or hiding somewhere else?

On the inbound routes page you should see “set global inbound mode” on the top.
