I have a dp752 and the default password on the back dos not work after resetting the device. How do I resolve this issue?

how did you reset the device? the password print in the back is a random password or “admin”?
If you are pretty sure the device has been reset successfully and tried the random password or “admin”, and either one is work. I suggest you file a ticket in our Helpdesk: https://helpdesk.grandstream.com/ Our customer service will take care of your issue there.
