CTI: Wave desktop PC can't find phone Mic

#1

Hello. In a office we installed an UCM6304, 2 GRP2616, and 6 GRP2603P. All the VoIP devices are connected on the same network, together with the office PCs. We installed Wave for Windows in the PCs near the GRP2616, binding each one with a phone (see image1). When the employee tries to dial/answer calls through the Wave, a prompt says that no device i found (see image2). I tried to change some settings in the phone (image3, image4) with no success. The same problem affect the 2 phones and the 2 PCs. Thank You!Image3 Image4

if I’m not mistaken the CTI on WAVE is still in beta, so normal problems can happen,
you can in any case report the problem via ticket:

Dear user,

Thank you for using the Wave application! May I ask what Wave Desktop application version you are currently using? Could you kindly help to export the logs from your Wave Desktop application and send to us for troubleshooting? Thanks for your testing!

Thank you!

Wave version is 1.13.9. I attach the 2 PCs’ log. Thank you!GSLog-192.168.168.175-2022.04.01 8_50.zip (369.6 KB)

Dear user,

Thank you for your feedback! This is a known issue that if the user does not plug a microphone in the PC, the user will see this error message under the CTI mode. This issue will be fixed in the Wave Desktop next release, which will be announced this week. You can try it again in the next release. Thanks for your testing!

Thank you!
