Thank you for your feedback! You can upgrade the UCM6308 to 1.0.19.10 and try again. If this issue still can be reproduced, you can enable SSH on your UCM6308 and send the remote access credentials including the admin username/password to us for troubleshooting. When you try to send those information to us, you can put them in a private message and please make sure that you enter the MAC address and admin username+password are in that private message. Please do not forget to enable SSH on the Web UI of your UCM6308. Thanks for your testing!

I have got the same problem. With the UCM6301, Firmware 1.0.21.9. Today I added the UCM to GDMS, insert a Mailserver in the UCM and IM Server is disabeld. Now it isn´t possible to edit an existing extention and it isn´t possible to create a new extention. The system shows the error: “IM server database has encountered an error”.

Please kindly share some screenshots with this issue to me for troubleshooting.
