CDR reporting


Looking for reports that show trunk usage data, e.g. All Trunks busy, Traffic data per trunk (Peg count).

Is this a way to retrieve this data. It would be very useful to determine busy hr and needs to increase or decrease trunking.

More work should be done on Reporting part whether its call queue reporting,which ivr key pressed.Trunk based reporting ,agents based reporting etc…
