Greetings, I am looking for recommendations for a good call analysis solution. This can be paid or free. This solution should allow me to see;

  1. The number of calls to a specific extension that went unanswered
  2. The number of calls to a specific extension that went unanswered while the user was on another call.
  3. Total call time/talk time for a specific extension
  4. Concurrent Call Statistic
  5. Billing (optional)

UCM630x has integrated the CDR, free of charge, if that’s enough, otherwise you can evaluate solutions with external SW
