Can't connect remote telephone with 5G router

I have a telephone in a remote location connected to 5G router, I have configured it as usual but it doesn’t want to register with UCM6202, any advice?

Do a packet capture at the ucm, it is the only thing that will determine what is actually occurring

some mobile operators block VoIP traffic

Not to mention that most 4/5 G ip addresses are not natable.
