Cannot add Static Route

#1

I tried to add a static route to in UCM6150 but I encounter the error as shown below.

Failed to add route. The route is conflicted with SVIP route

What is this SVIP route? Where is the settings for this SVIP route?

Please advise

Can you explain the static route settings you attempted to use and the purpose? It may help to narrow down what the conflict might be.

I have two UCM6510 in different IP segment that connected through a network firewall. I want to create peer SIP trunk between the two IPPBX. I already configure a rule to allow the two IP segment to talk to each other.

UCM1
LAN IP: 10.4.1.50/255.255.255.0
GW: 10.4.1.1

UCM2
LAN IP: 10.4.2.50/255.255.255.0
GW: 10.4.2.1

I am able to add static route in UCM1 as below
Destination: 10.4.2.0/255.255.255.0
GW: 10.4.1.1

I try to add the static route in UCM2 as below but failed as shown below
Destination: 10.4.1.0/255.255.255.0
GW: 10.4.2.1

I have been searching in the user manual but I cannot find anything about this SVIP route. Hopefully someone can advise about it.

I think you should go with GS ticket. I never seen this message.

You could try remove setting for trunk and then try again setting first route in network then trunk.
SVIP is for sure trunk (static voice ip).

I think it is bug as route and SVIP should not interfere between each other.
