We were testing call forwarding and were able to get call forwarding to turn on. When we try to cancel it using *73 we get a fast busy, and we cannot get it to remove the call forward. We don’t want to reset it to get it out, we’d rather figure it out.
If we do *73 on one of the other lines it says “Sorry your request cannot be accepted” so it seems to be getting the the code. We’ve even added *73 to the beginning of the dial plan, but it still isn’t cancelling the forward.
We have this dial plan from someone else that had posted and it seems to work for everything but cancelling.
