Campaign outbound calls

We have a customer with a 6510 PBX and need make a IVR for outbound calls, is there a way for make a campaign reading a list of contacts, call them and play an audio?

Not in the UCM itself. You need an auto-dialer, The UCM would take the input of the dialer and then dial the string as provided by the dialer (which usually has a list of numbers). Once the UCM has dialed and the call is answered, the dialer device takes over and plays whatever announcement is needed and possibly waits for a response so that further call handling can be accomplished.

You might do a google search and see what is available that is compatible with GS.
