Camera output turns pink (partially) with WDR mode

@GS_Guy, yes the issue exists already.

@junior: Could you help to upload a snapshot showing the problem? Would the issue disappear if turn OFF the WDR feature? Please help to advise. Thanks!

@GS_Guy, sorry for the late response

Looks like the scene is too white and the WDR agorithem got screwed up and overflowed by the 80% strong white background. Where is this device installed? at 2nd floor facing sky?

In the first floor. Currently the sun is too low, I will have to wait until spring to see if the problem is still there. If is,I will change daily the mode to normal via HTTP API.

@junior: Not sure if install a sunshade cover will help, some user in the forum shared a 3D Printed Sun shade before, not sure it can be helpful. The original post is here:

Other customer also posted a pretty nice DIY post installation:

Hope this helps. Thank you for using GDS3710!

@junior: You can also try in the “CMOS Settings” by adjust “Shutter Speed” from “Auto” to some value by reducing the exposure, to see whether it helps. But there is a drawback for this either as the shutter will be fixed to make some light situation bad for the video/image. Thanks!
