Caller ID showing different between desk phones and Wave app

Can anyone direct me to the setting or share how to change the caller ID settings for the Wave Lite app? The issue is we have several queues setup and need to know which one the caller is coming in on to answer properly. I eventually got the desk phones setup so that it displays the queue name with the caller’s number. When calls ring in Wave Lite, it shows the callers name and number, but not the queue. I can’t find a setting to adjust this. Thank you!
