Call Recording Viewing Privilege

Hello All,

Im an installer for IP PBX’s … one of the repeated questions by client is how to give different privileges for users regarding call recordings …

mainly the the sales manager will be only able to see and hear calls from the sales team (not accounts) … this is really useful … as for now if someone has the privilege “CDR Records” in the custom privilege then he will be able to see all recordings …

please let me know if this is possible …
and if not please consider it in the next update …

it does make a difference to have such feature

Not possible in UCM right now. You can use external soft for this.
