We are using Grandstream UCM 6208 IP PBX with Call Recording in .wmv format. to a attached USB portal DB Hard Disk. After that at the same time the relevant call recordings are copying to server location through CTI CHROMIS REC software.
However we have found that there is a mismatch (around 50 calls) in the call recordings between Grandstream UCM and CTI CHROMIS REC.
