on a ucm device, with the latest firmware the customer has a usb drive for call recording, we record all calls on all lines, yet the calls that go to a users voicemail box is not recorded and not saved anywhere for the Manager to see them. really after all these years you dont have this option? rather sad, Call Recording Users need to beware of this malfunction, not everything is recorded even though it implies it records all calls!!!
You can check the voicmails by dialing the voicemail feature code for other extensions+extension number.
thanks, but that doesnt record the voicemail to the USB Drive where all other calls are recorded.
