Call inbound Unavailable on UCM6304A

Hello Grandstream Support

Have problem call inbound display unavailable. configure sip trunk account
UCM6304A

  1. call from +85581551713 to +85523890500 and then display unavailable

Means nothing we can help with unless you tell us how the UCM is configured to look for CID and how you have confirmed that provider is sending the desired detail.

Thank you for using the UCM63xx! This is depending on why they transmit “unavaiable” to this UCM device. You can capture the trace file and syslog from the peer SIP server and send the logs to us for troubleshooting. Thanks for your testing!

Thank you for your feedback! We checked the given logs and the “Unavailable” is received in the UCM63xx, so it is not an issue in the UCM63xx. You may need to check why the remote client sends the “unavailable” to the UCM63xx. Thanks for your testing!

the service provider don’t fix it and then the service provider give us to fix it on PBX.

I have follow this but the display is test&phone number (change from unavailable to test).

Thank you for your feedback! Yes, this is the normal behavior. Since the UCM63xx is the receiver, so you may need to focus on why the sender sends “unavailable” to the UCM63xx device. This should not be an issue on the UCM63xx side. Thanks for your testing!
