I click on the green “phone” icon from the web portal, but nothing happens. Sending a message does seem to work.
Give us a clue here. What model are you using. FW would help too

look just under the title of the post …
The green icon is not used to initial a call, but used to indicate if the device is in “calling” status or not.
When any accounts is in calling, that green icon will blink in red, I can see current this function does not working yet. Will file a bug.
