BUG: Operator Panel inbound ringing calls not shown



Inbound ringing calls are not shown in the operator panel calls list. Once established, they are shown in the list.

Prior to ringing the table header is not shown, when the inbound call rings, headers are shown, but not the call itself.

Internal calls and outbound calls are showing on ring.
