Bug: cant dial out to my cell number on ucm6302 firmware up to date

Hi, please assist.

2 problems:

  1. I can dial out to my cell number from other pbx and third party softphone applications using this same trunk but I can not do so from my UCM 6302.
  2. Often times when trying to dial out from the ucm 6302, it says “all circuits busy” however, no circuits were busy, no one was on any calls and all phones were on the hook. (my network was also available, no network issues)

I have set up a ucm6302 for a client. I had myself as an extension with my cell number included at the bottom details in the extensions pane. I then removed it after experiencing this problem:

note: all extensions are set to International privileges’ level.
No restriction on my sip trunks.
No numbers added to blocked list on UCM nor on My sip trunk at my provider.
No special permissions needed for patterns.

All circuit busy is like: 90% response. Ignore what it say.
Did you see this try in CDR or not ?
If yes -> trunk is misconfigured
If no -> outband route is bad.

a bug is considered a “bug” when it is ascertained to be able to call it “bug”, otherwise it is sent into confusion those who read

Thank you, it appears my number was misconfigured in the emergency call section…

Please advise on the all circuits busy evem when no circuits are busy as sometimes it won’t dial out without us having to first attempt to dial out multiple times with it saying all Circuits are busy…

Thank you for using the GDMS platform and UCM63xx! Could you kindly help to capture the logs from the UCM side? Before reproducing the issue and capturing the logs, please ensure that the logs include PBX (Verbose Level) and DAHDI. May I ask that the trunk is VoIP trunk or Analog Trunk? If it is SIP trunk, please ensure that the logs include PJSIP logs. Based on the descriptions, this issue should be caused by the trunk status or some configuration issue. Please kindly help to capture the logs and send to us for troubleshooting. Thanks for your testing!

UCM have 4 replies for 50+ reasons.
You can upload your own for error codes (some customers upload there Busy signal instead of reply).
