Hi, please assist.
- I can dial out to my cell number from other pbx and third party softphone applications using this same trunk but I can not do so from my UCM 6302.
- Often times when trying to dial out from the ucm 6302, it says “all circuits busy” however, no circuits were busy, no one was on any calls and all phones were on the hook. (my network was also available, no network issues)
I have set up a ucm6302 for a client. I had myself as an extension with my cell number included at the bottom details in the extensions pane. I then removed it after experiencing this problem:
note: all extensions are set to International privileges’ level.
No restriction on my sip trunks.
No numbers added to blocked list on UCM nor on My sip trunk at my provider.
No special permissions needed for patterns.
