Another strange issue on iphone wave app

Phone is on 5G, connected to the grandstream cloud for a UCM6302
Call is coming in, I try to pick up, nothing happens.
If I press the power button once the moment it rings, I am able to pickup the call and talk normally.
Its like I have two incoming calls and I reject the first one. Of course 1 extension is registered and Concurrent Registrations is set to 1 on my UCM.
This happened after my plan expired and I am back on the basic.
I can attach the log from the wave app if it helps.

We are not sure if this issue was generated by the plan limitation, and we need the exported logs to confirm this issue. May I ask if the caller of the incoming call is also an extension registered with the UCMRC remote access address? Thanks for your testing!

No, its always external numbers to my UCM.

But iphone extension is part of a ring group. I am not sure if that makes any diiference.

Thank you for your feedback! Please note that due to the pushing notification mechanism, we do not recommend users to use Wave mobile applications as the ring group members. You can try to use an extension which is not in a ring group for testing and see if this issue can be reproduced or not. It is recommended to send the exported logs (from Wave app) to us for troubleshooting. You can also download the syslog from the UCM63xx and send them to us for troubleshooting. Thank you for your feedback! We checked your given logs, and the reason that the call cannot be picked up is the call has been picked up by another client.

Please note that we do not recommend users to use Wave mobile applications as the ring group or call queue members. In your given logs, there is another client received the incoming call and picked up the call before the notification arrives your Wave iOS application, so when the notification arrived your iPhone and you clicked to answer the call, the call has been answered by another client, that is the reason that “nothing happens”.

Btw, your UCMRC plan had expired on November 27th, you can contact the device dealer or channel reseller to renew the plan to prevent to affect your daily usage.
