Admin password changed after upgrade

Hi. I just upgraded 2 gxp2140 phones from 1.0.7.25 to 1.0.7.97 to 1.0.8.56 and finally to 1.0.11.71 for one phone. On this one I now face the same behaviour from this thread

Please note that the upgrade was done in the same order and same FW versions. Now, I can’t connect anymore to WEB gui.

Any clue ?

as already said (no need to open 2 similar posts

the initial pswd is written to the back of the IP phone if it is not admin/admin

I advise you to do a format factory from SSH, then update the FW then do a format factory again,

always refer to Grandstream Support
