Hey guys

I have 300 gxp1610 in callcenter, from time to time they get slow, even to type an extension, I solve it simply by just restarting the phone. I already updated firmware, I analyzed configuration but the problem always occurs, this already happened with gxp14xx that we had in the network. Can anyone explain why this happens?
